Thank you to Sweetwater Gardens for giving our first graders a tour of your greenhouses! The kids have been studying plants for several weeks and they couldn't have been more excited to observe much of what they learned there.

These kids LOVE a full greenhouse!
The pond was a huge hit.
Apple trees!
We found a lady bug.
The first graders really enjoyed their field trip to the Riverton Public Library for the Wyoming Reads program! Every student was lucky enough to go home with a hard-cover book of their choice. They even got to spend time reading their books at the park afterward.

Kindergarten has been busy learning about community helpers. After weeks of learning through books, videos, songs, and dramatic play, students carried out a service learning project to bring it all to a close. Special guests came in to tell about their jobs. Students asked excellent questions and we watched their curiosity and awareness for the important things people do everyday grow by leaps and bounds. These kiddos worked together to assemble goodie baskets for emergency workers and offices around the community. They also made and delivered thank you cards to community helpers in our school. We are so proud of our Shoshoni kindergarteners!

We had a 'smashing' good time on Wrangler Way with the Shoshoni Elementary students! Students who raised $100 or more for the American Heart Kids Heart Challenge were given the opportunity to smash eggs on the heads of some of our fun loving staff! 9 students raised over $100 each and 1 student surpassed $200 raised! Many other students participated bringing the grand total raised to over $1,700 all while also learning hands only CPR! Way to go, Wranglers! 💙We love your hearts!💙
