Substitute Teaching Information: If you need to take the alternative path, Fremont County Boces will offer a class on August 6-8, 2024, and November 19-21, 2024. This class fills up quickly, so sign up soon!

Are you interested in substitute teaching? You must hold a substitute teacher license through PTSB and pass a background check. The next Fremont County Boces class will be March 26-28, 2024. These classes fill up, so sign up soon! Do you need more information on what this looks like at Shoshoni Schools? We pay subs: $150 Monday-Thursday 7:40-3:40 $135 Friday 7:40-1:40 You can decide if you want to work through the entire school or if you would like to only substitute in the Elementary or Secondary. You get to pick the days you work. You can set up days that you are unavailable so you aren’t notified. Once you have your license, please complete an application at www.shoshonischools.org If you are interested or have more questions, please get in touch with Amber Dye at 307-876-2583.

Successfully complete the US and Wyoming Constitution exams or proof of college course.
